Runing Power offers 48-hour design-to-sample for custom battery configurations. Mass production lead times range from 15 to 25 days depending on order quantity and complexity.
What voltage ranges can Runing Power custom design?
We design custom batteries from 24V up to 1000V, covering applications from small portable devices to large industrial energy storage systems.
Can you create batteries in non-standard shapes or sizes?
Yes. We design custom form factors to fit any space constraint. Our engineering team works from your mechanical drawings to create batteries that fit perfectly in your equipment.
What communication protocols do you support?
We support RS485 (Modbus RTU), CAN bus (CANopen/J1939), and analog output (0–5V / 4–20mA). Custom protocol integration is also available.
Do you offer low-temperature custom battery designs?
Yes. Our custom low-temperature LiFePO₄ batteries reliably discharge from -20°C to -35°C with self-heating BMS technology — ideal for cold storage and freezer applications.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom batteries?
